Q: What is a bulk order?
A: Any order worth S$600 or more is considered as bulk order.
Q: What benefits do I get from bulk ordering?
A: We understand that everybody has different needs and requests; therefore we will provide you with benefits that are customized to your request. Please send us an email with all your queries at info@artsalwa.com and we promise you we will revert in 24 hours.
Q: Can I order samples before placing my final order?
A: Yes, you can place order for samples but we may not be able to offer you bulk order discount for sample orders. You will get bulk order discount on your purchase for S$500 or more. A minimum deposit may be required and there will be some leadtime needed for sample processing as well as after confirmation have been made.
Q: How do I pay for my bulk order?
A: We will provide a copy of quotation before proceeding with production. A minimum deposit may be required for confirmation of orders.
